Our relationship with Gardiner Building Contractors dates back to 2008 when they completed extensive additions and renovations to our dwelling in Hill St. under the direction of our architect Andrew Irving.
Since then they have also built an outdoor living area incorporating fire and barbeque and more recently a swimming pool redevelopment.
We find Daryl and his team to be very approachable, professional and well organised in their work who get the job done with minimal hassle.
Their experience and attention to detail ensures a high standard of workmanship.

I have worked with Darryl on several jobs over the years. One of which he was the foreman on a very large project that we designed on 17 Bisley Avenue, Nelson.
It was a complicated, highly detailed house and completed to a very high standard. This house won the Master Builders Supreme House of the Year Award that year.
A very tight timeframe was established at the beginning of the project and despite large variations being added to the contract the original deadlines were met.
In my opinion Darryl’s leadership skills, goal setting, building skills and determination were outstanding and a major factor in the success of the project.
The project required a large number of builders and sub contractors to be on the site. Darryl created a very united and happy team.
We are always keen to have Darryl as foreman on any of our projects. He is very hardworking, sets very high standards for his team, communicates well with consultants and sub contractors and even has a sense of humour.
